Q: Is there any quotation in your bidding list? I don’t fully understand it, especially the terms in it. Could you please explain them to me?
A: Our bidding list only provides brands, models, grades and quantities, without quotations. The used mobile phone bidding list, the draft version of 14 days Lot 1 (without grades provided) and 14 days Lot 2 (if any) are published one day ahead of scheduled bid dates. The final version of 14 days Lot 1 (with sub-grades provided) is published at noon on bid dates, being separated into part 1 and part 2. A: Our stock list for price negotiation only provides brands, models and quantities, without quotations and sub-grades. “iCloud” stands for iCould lock or ID lock.

Q: Can I just buy one piece?
A: We don’t sell one piece because we are a wholesaler, not a retailer.

Q: How can I see your stocks and check their quality?
A: You can come to our headquarters in Hong Kong for onsite quality inspection. If you can’t come to Hong Kong, please consult your assigned sales representative who will inspect stocks for you.

Q: I want to go to your Hong Kong office. What is your company’s address? How can I get there?
A: Our company’s address is Unit 1501-09, 12-23, 15th floor, 1 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (5 minutes’ walk from Ngau Tau Kok Station (Exit B6), MTR Kwun Tong Line | Entrance for Quality Inspection: Unit 1522). Our business hour is between 10AM and 6PM from Monday to Saturday, Hong Kong Time.

Upon receiving the above information, we will assign one of our sales executives to assist you.

Q: If I’m unable to come to your office and cannot bid onsite, what should I do?
A: If you cannot come to our HK headquarters to bid onsite, you can also bid through your assigned sales representative who will inspect stocks and bid on behalf of you.

Q: What is the bidding result of this auction? When and how can I know it?
A: The bidding result of each auction is generally announced in the evening of bid dates. The customer number of each winner of auction will be posted on the bulletin board in our sales department’s office, published on this webpage, as well as shared to all the contacts of WeChat ID gyhk-eng. Your assigned sales representative will also notify you by phone, email or instant messaging if you win a bid. You can also call your assigned sales representative if you want to know the result as soon as the deals are confirmed or for any queries on the bid result.

Q: If I want to buy from your company, how should I pay?
A: We accept payment by cash and TT in USD and HKD only. Receipt must be provided before the next business day once deal is confirmed.

Q: Does your company have sales offices or agents in overseas other than Hong Kong?
A: We don’t have any sales office or agent in other regions except Hong Kong, as our Hong Kong Headquarters is responsible for sales.

A: If you leave an enquiry through WeChat public account GY-Eng or WeChat ID gyhk-eng, our customer service representative will get back to you by WeChat at his/her earliest convenience during office hours, who will ask for your contact information such as your name, address, contact number, WeChat ID or other instant communication account, the channel through which you get to know our company for customer registration, answer your simple or general questions, and send the webpage links of FAQs, Customer Guide, Bidding Proces and Bidding Arrangemen for your reference.
